Helen has over 20 years’ experience within training and development. She’s a believer that you can only deliver service excellence externally if you are delivering it internally.
Helen has produced and delivered training to a wide range of industries including Education, Public Sector and Construction to name a few.
Some of Helen’s client include NHS, Age UK and Central Trains to name a few.
Helen’s speciality areas are Leadership & Management, Customer Service and Coaching to which she can produce and deliver workshops to entry level managers through to senior roles.
When not delivering Helen enjoys spending time with her family and friends and loves nothing more than a picnic in the park with a BBQ and a glass or two of bubbly.
