This
coaching skills assessment measures coaching ability in the workplace. Most people who take the test are line managers, but you don’t necessarily need to have direct reports as you can be coaching as part of a project or matrix management.
You’ll be asked to complete a
coaching assessment questionnaire that consists of 36 questions and statements. Answer them honestly and give yourself a score out of 10. Your answers will then be rolled up into 6 main areas and that will form the basis of your report.
This is a
coaching assessment tool designed for self-assessment only. Only you will be asked questions about your coaching skills. We can run a
360 Degree Feedback campaign using the same questions and statements if there is a need.
