This is a free leadership assessment test. There is nothing to pay. Just work through the skills and competencies and you’ll receive a personalised report along with tips and techniques on what and how to improve.
You’ll be asked to complete a leadership skills assessment questionnaire that consists of 96 questions and statements. Answer them honestly and give yourself a score out of 10. Your answers will then be rolled up into 12 competencies and that will form the basis of your report.
This is a leadership self assessment. Only you will be asked questions about your skills and behaviours. It’s a not a 180 degree feedback or 360 Feedback exercise where your line manager, staff and colleagues are involved. It’s a leadership test just for you.
